b. |
Please note that what you have completed is a Pre-Registration Application: this is not a promise or guarantee of a space. |

| 4. |
After you have completed the application by clicking the "SUBMIT" button (or mail it to us directly), your application has been received by Propel Schools. |
***If you have applied during our open lottery time period (OCTOBER 1st through DECEMBER 31st), continue to #5A***
***If you have applied between January 1st and September 30th, please continue to #5B***
5A. You have applied between October 1st, and December 31st, our open lottery time period. |
| 6. |
In January, parents will receive a lottery letter giving the date, time and location of the lottery drawing. The child's lottery number and grade level for the upcoming year is listed in this letter. |
| 7. |
If your child is offered a space at Propel Schools, you will receive a letter notifying you, as well as an application packet which will be sent to you for completion. If you attend the lottery drawing and your number is chosen, your application will be given to you at that time. |
| 8. |
Complete and mail the packet by the designated deadline. Once the packet is completed with all the necessary information and mailed back to Propel Schools, your child's space is confirmed. Make sure all the requested information is included before you send in your application packet. |
| 9. |
Orientation information will be available to you through the Propel School at which you have been accepted. |
| 10. |
If an opening becomes available for your child, we will contact you by phone immediately. |
| 11. |
If an opening is not available for your child for the current school year, you must re-apply between October 1st and December 31st for the next year. For example, if you wanted to apply your child for the 2011-2012 school year, you would do so between October and December of 2010. |
| 12. |
Until your child has secured a space at Propel Schools, you MUST RE-APPLY EVERY YEAR. This ensures a fair and balanced application process. |
| 13. |
Thank you for choosing Propel Schools! |
5B. You have applied out of the open lottery time period. This means that your application has been received and placed on our waiting list on a first come, first serve basis, from January 1st until September 30th. |
| 6. |
If an opening becomes available for your child, we will contact you by phone immediately. |
| 7. |
If we contact you by phone regarding an available space, a 48 hour response time period is granted after we call. If you do not respond within 48 hours, we will continue to the next individual on the waiting list. |
| 8. |
Openings can become available at any time throughout the school year. Therefore, we encourage you to be prepared and take advantage of this educational opportunity. |
