The Propel Teacher Residency Program (PTRP) is a unique teacher-residency program that Propel Schools developed to tackle a critical challenge—retaining quality educators. This full-time program prepares educators committed to social justice and equity in education. 

This new residency program invests in current Propel Schools Nurse staff by providing a pathway to obtain a PDE School Nurse Certification.
