Earn your PA certification and gain three years of valuable experience, tuition-free.
Every scholar deserves a great educator.
The Propel Teacher Residency Program (PTRP) is a unique program developed to tackle a critical challenge — retaining quality educators. This full-time program equips educators with the skills and experience needed to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our scholars. Successful participants finish the program as Pennsylvania-certified teachers with three years of teaching experience and no college tuition debt.
I chose PTRP because it was an appealing pathway for me to obtain my certification. Once I began to research Propel, I felt even more compelled to move forward because of the mission and beliefs that Propel stands for.
